1986 Alumni of College of Engineering Pune with a habit of passing every exam with flying colours, a studious and scholar student of Civil Engineering, Bal Kulkarni experimented with his knowledge, skills and abilities for initial 5 years of his career with eminent Structural Consultancy firms at Mumbai and Pune. Determined to make it big with an individual style and mark in the Structural Design and Consultancy Services, he commenced his own venture ‘Delcons Structural Consultants’ at Pune in 1991.

Today, a most recognized Structural Consultant of Pune, Bal would be the first and only kind of consultant, presuming whose knowledge, skills and abilities, structures get designed and projects await for Design Fraternity’s confidence in his excellence. On this strong foundation, today as a successful entrepreneur, Bal Kulkarni is all set to take on his new and crucial role as Managing Director of a Private Limited Service Company spreading its wings to explore broader horizons, locally as well as globally. Thomas Carlyle’s words “I’ve got a great ambition to die of exhaustion, rather than boredom” exactly spells Bal’s temperament which is destined to scale new heights and fly new skies, incessantly…!

His capacity is enabled intelligently with support of the team of around 20 people that includes qualified Engineers, efficient Draftsman, Site Coordinators, analytical Admin & Accounts personnel.
